David and I hope that you all had a wonderful Christmas and a happy New Year holiday. This week our tomatoes have finally begun to ripen. We feature Villagio Marzano this week.
First grown 240 years ago in the rich volcanic soil in the shadow of Mount Vesuvius, San Marzano tomatoes were cultivated to perfection and became the gourmet tomato for culinary artists.
